We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To help us serve all our clients effectively, we kindly ask for the following:

    •    Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

    •    Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: A fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

If you need to cancel or reschedule on a day we’re closed, please reach out to your stylist directly via Instagram.
